Best Practice in Child Care

Guardian Childcare Alliance strive to achieve the highest possible “best practice” within all child care centres under our management.

We provide support unique to each child care centre, constantly updating the on-site team’s skills, knowledge and practices through the implementation of our GCA Continuous Service Improvement Cycle and Accreditation System. Our regional managers observe and evaluate centre team members on their interactions, care and methodologies, and guide them in providing the best possible environment for the children under supervision.

We believe that Quality Assurance is reliant upon the involvement of all stakeholders: team members, parents, children and the licensee. Therefore at Guardian Childcare Alliance we encourage each day care centre environment to be rich with opportunities to foster the development of all children whilst also encouraging and supporting the professional development of centre team members. This can only be achieved through consistency of service and full compliance with regulatory and policy standards. Furthermore, we offer a comprehensive framework of policies and procedures unique to each centre which outlines all expectations regarding the performance of the on-site team and which forms the foundation for a happy and harmonious child care centre.

Our Regional Managers are highly trained professionals – this means that your centre can assure parents that their children are receiving the very best balance of social skills and interactive play at all times.
